We are now based in New Zealand and will not be accepting orders in Australia. 

How long do I get the garment for?

You will have the garment for your selected date and must return via post or drop-off the next business day.

Are try-ons available?

Yes, try-ons are available. Please email or DM me to arrange a try-on time. 

What happens if I ruin or stain the garment?
As per our Terms & Conditions you will be responsible for covering the cost of damage caused to the garment, up to retail amount, so be very careful as this could be up to $850.

Are the garments sent with overnight courier?

Yes.

Is the return courier bag included in the postage price?

Yes.

Where are you located?

I am based in Pokeno, Auckland New Zealand

Do you do postal try-ons?

No.

Can I rent a garment for an extended period of time? i.e: If I were to go away and needed the garment for a couple days?

Yes. This must be arranged first via Instagram DM or email before booking the garment on the website.

Do you allow refunds?

Only if there is a fault on our end. We do not offer refunds if the garment doesn't fit you or suit you.
