Saturday Bookings must be placed by EOD Tuesday (if postage is required)
This is because I work until 5pm during the week and won't have time to post dresses after work, therefore orders placed on Tuesday will be picked up from a courier on Wednesday. Please contact me if you want to make a last minute order on a Wednesday before 12pm.
Payment
Payment is to be made immediately, in full, via bank transfer, cash, or credit/debit card. The garment will be sent after the payment has been received.
Postage & Returns
We are so excited to announce we are now using R3 Pack compostable/recycled courier bags in an effort to reduce our carbon footprint!
The garment will be sent in an overnight, tracked courier bag. This bag will contain the garment and our business card. When you receive the package please carefully open the bag at the very top. Do not open the courier bag with scissors or a sharp object! The return courier bag is also prepaid by us so you don’t need to pay any extra courier fees once you have placed your order on our website. All returns must be made the following business day to an NZ Post Office no later than 4pm (not a dairy or gas station as these cause postal delays). Drop-offs must also be returned the following business day, at a time arranged with myself. Please notify us as soon as you've returned a garment.
Cancellation & Refunds
24 hour cancellation window: We have a 24 hour cancellation policy, which starts from the time the order was placed. Customers must contact us within 24 hours of this time to be eligible for a full refund, minus a $5 processing fee provided that it has not already been packaged for collection.
Cancellations made 7+ days prior to the rental start date: Refund minus a $30 cancellation fee. If you wish to change the date instead, we will shift this for no fee as long as we have been notified 7+ days prior to the start date.
Cancellations made less than 7 days: Store credit, minus $30 cancellation fee. Contact us when you are wanting to make a new booking.
Refunds or store credit are only offered if there is a fault on our end. This is dependent on the circumstance.
Late Fees
If the garment is not correctly posted back to us at a NZ Post counter (before 4pm) OR received via drop off to the pick-up location by your selected return date, we require $20 per day late fee for every day past your agreed rental end date AND/OR compensation for any loss of income caused by this.
If you return a garment late and due to this another rental has to be cancelled, you are required to pay compensation to the value of the rental that has had to be cancelled (loss of income).
Incorrect methods of returning rental garments include the following:
- Your own postage
- Using post drop boxes instead of a post office counter
- Leaving your return rental in a letter box for collection
All circumstances above will require late return fees.

Stains & Damage
Renters are strictly not to wash or dry clean any of our garments. Once we receive the item back we will inspect it and determine the cost of cleaning or repairs, if there is any.
The majority of light staining, we can remove ourselves without any additional cost to the renter. Any garment that has stain or damage beyond this that cannot be easily removed or fixed by us will be subject to extra fees.
If the item is stained or damaged beyond our repair, but is able to be fixed by a dry cleaner or seamstress, the renter is required to pay additional repair costs. You are required to pay these fees immediately.
Please note: Any damage or stains made prior to your rental, will not be considered your fault and will be taken note of and listed in the garment description. Renters must contact us upon delivery of a garment if they believe there is an unlisted note/flaw.
