Terms & Conditions

Saturday Bookings must be placed by EOD Tuesday (if postage is required)

This is because I work until 5pm during the week and won't have time to post dresses after work, therefore orders placed on Tuesday will be picked up from a courier on Wednesday. Postal orders booked on Wednesday/Thursday/Friday will be refunded and won't be sent.

Payment

Payment is to be made immediately, in full, via bank transfer, cash, PayPal or credit/debit card. The garment will be sent after the payment has been received.

Refunds/Store Credit 

We do not offer refunds or store credit once payment has been made regardless of whether you no longer need the garment, the garment doesn't fit you, you wear it or not, or you simply don't like it on yourself. So make sure you're 100% happy with your choice!

Refunds or store credit are only offered if there is a fault on our end. This is dependent on the circumstance.

Try-Ons

Please email or DM me to organise a time to try on garments. We have limited availability.

We do not offer postal try-ons

Postage & Returns

We are so excited to announce we are now using R3 Pack compostable/recycled courier bags in an effort to reduce our carbon footprint! 

The garment will be sent in an overnight, tracked courier bag. This bag will contain the garment and our business card. When you receive the package please carefully open the bag at the very top. Do not open the courier bag with scissors or a sharp object! The return courier bag is also prepaid by us so you don’t need to pay any extra courier fees once you have placed your order on our website. All returns must be made the following business day to an NZ Post Office no later than 4pm (not a dairy or gas station as these cause postal delays). Drop-offs must also be returned the following business day, at a time arranged with myself. Please notify us as soon as you've returned a garment. 

Late Fees

A late fee of $20 per day will be incurred, if necessary, for late returns. You will also be responsible for paying the rental price plus the late fee on top of your initial payment if your late return causes the next customer to miss out on the rental. I cannot emphasize enough how important it is for garments to be returned on time as we have a very short turn-around time to get them ready and sent to the next customer. 

Stains & Damage

If any stains or damage are caused on your behalf we will require the garment to be dry-cleaned or professionally mended at your expense. If the garment is damaged beyond repair you will have to pay an agreed amount (up to retail price) to Lush Rentals.

PLEASE DO NOT WASH THE GARMENT YOURSELF!

Garment Holds

We do not offer garment holds, only full payment will secure the garment you are wanting for your particular date.
